The Location:- The property is situated within the historic old part of Ibiza Town, in front of the famous D'Alt Vila castle walls and with panoramic views across the sea & harbour and over the city. Surrounded by pretty little cobbled streets, the apartment is in the heart of traditional Ibiza. Take several different scenic routes down to Ibiza Town's many unusual bars, restaurants, clubs and shops, which are all within a five minute walk. The D'Alt Vila cathedral is within a ten minute walk upwards, and the ferry port is five minutes downwards. Figueretes beach is a 10-15 minute walk, and there is also a water taxi (5-10 minutes walk) that takes you round to Playa D'en Bossa, with its beautiful long sandy beach and famous hang-outs Bora Bora beach club and Space night club. There is also a water taxi across to El Divino and Pacha nightclubs as well as the quiet and picturesque bay of Talamanca. The Studio:- Sleeps 2-3, a few minutes walk from the many bars and clothes shops.In the living/bed area is a sofa that pulls down into a double bed. With its high ceilings, original wood beams and exposed old castle brick work, within this one room there is plenty of character! Additional bed space is provided by a mezzanine/alcove, built into the wall next to the stairway. And a further wooden bunk is built above the sofa area. A separate shower room leads off to one side, and a fully-equipped kitchen to the other. But perhaps the best thing about this property is its amazing roof terrace - with views of the sea, marina, D'Alt Vila and the city! On the terrace is a sun lounger, along with table and chairs and bbq area.
